In 2015 it was realized that copper box systems could be upgraded to the CPx5 featrues and memory adancements without having to perform a wholesale hardware change and complete re-wiring. With the simple tasks of installing new mother cards in each copper box and adding the CPx5 processor card outside of the console copper box, the system was neatly and completely updated.
